Thank you for making a request for your pup! Requests will be submitted into our system and either approved or denied. Limited space may result in your requested dates being denied.You will receive a confirmation email once your pup has been scheduled for the program.

At KC Dawgz, we require notification as soon as possible for any cancellations. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total service fee will be applied to all cancellations, similar to a restocking fee, to cover the costs associated with the preparation and scheduling adjustments. However, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your session without any additional charges, provided that the request is made with sufficient notice. In cases of emergency, we may consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly at (913) 217-7288.

Drop off for the Board and train program requires dogs to be dropped off at Woofs Play and Stay on Sundays between 9AM-4PM. If you are going out of town, no problem: We are happy to schedule an earlier drop off date. For aggressive dogs, please schedule with our office manager for a drop off time on MONDAY on the KC Dawgz side of the building for safety purposes. Please let us know if this time frame does not work.
